Ahmed Yassin Al-Daradji (Arabic أحمد ياسين الدراجي) is an Iraqi director.[1] He is best known for his work on the short films Children of God[2] and Stray.

Personal life and career[edit]

Al-Daradji was born and raised in Baghdad, Iraq. He studied audio & visual in University of Baghdad[3] and MA filmmaking in London Film School. He also worked as a co-writer in My Name is Mohammed, then he wrote and directed his first short film Children of God.[4][5], Specially mentioned in middle east now 2014 and it was the winner of FIPRESCI 2013.[6][7]
