Akatsuki Shrine (Japanese: 暁神社 Akatsuki jinja; Vietnamese: Đền Akatsuki) was a Shinto shrine in Saigon, Empire of Vietnam in what is now Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.

The shrine was established in 1942 and its main annual festival was held on November 8. it was dedicated to the sun goddess Amaterasu.

The Shrine was constructed in the Shinmei-zukuri style of Ise Jingū.

The Akatsuki Shrine was abandoned in 1945 due to the Japanese surrender and it was destroyed by The Viet Minh Forces.
