Akela Cooper is an American television writer and producer. She is known for her work on NBC’s Grimm and Luke Cage.
Career[edit]
Akela Cooper started her career as an extra on the web series Unsocial Network Sketch. She moved on to television scripting with TRON: Uprising and joined the NBC paranormal drama Grimm in 2012 as story editor, contributing three episodes. She has also written for The 100 and Witches of East End, co-producing the latter. Currently, she is a producer and writer on Luke Cage and a supervising producer and writer for FX’s American Horror Story: Roanoke.[1]
