Alan Carleton (born March 20, 2005) is an American soccer player who plays for Atlanta United 2 in MLS Next Pro.[1]
Club career
On March 4, 2022, Carleton debuted for Atlanta United 2 against Hartford Athletic in the USL Championship at age 16.[2] Carleton finished the 2022 season with the second team, appearing in a total of 12 games. During preseason of the 2023 season, Carleton was called up to Atlanta United's preseason tour.
On March 15, 2023, it was announced that Carleton had signed a professional contract with Atlanta United 2.[3]
Personal life
Alan is the younger brother of former Atlanta United player Andrew who currently plays for the Las Vegas Lights.[4]
