Biography

Alberto Amarilla Bermejo, born on October 20, 1980, is a Spanish actor. He studied theater at the Escuela La Barraca and at the School of Dramatic Art in Malaga.

Amarilla gained recognition through his roles in various television series, including My adorable neighbors, Arrayán, 7 lives, Countdown, The commissioner, and Accused. In 2004, he made his film debut with a small role in Mar adentro. His performance in El camino de los ingleses, directed by Antonio Banderas, earned him a Goya nomination for Most Promising Actor in 2007. Amarilla also starred in the comedy Brain Drain and its sequel, Brain Drain 2, portraying a blind man.
