Aleksandra Toborowicz
Aleksandra Toborowicz is a Polish artist.
Career
She received her doctorate in graphic design from the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in 2015 and works in graphic design and mural painting.[1] After her habilitation, she was appointed professor and dean of the faculty of graphic arts of the academy, and head of the studio for type design and typography.[2]
She received 2 gold, 3 silver, 3 bronze, and 6 iron awards.[3]
Selected paintings
Her works are traded internationally, but some are also accessible to the public. Toborowicz has been invited to several art festivals in and outside Poland, where she has left works of art in public spaces. One well-known example is her contribution to the Betonliebe street art project in Nuremberg in 2019.
