Alexander Garfin (born 23 September 2003[2]) is an American actor, best known for playing Jordan Kent in the CW series Superman and Lois. Born in Manhattan, New York, Garfin made his acting debut at age 6 in Law and Order: Special Victims Unit[3].
Early life and education[edit]
Garfin was born on 23 September 2003 in Manhattan, New York, to attorney Jeffery Garfin and producer and journalist Karin Carnaroli Garfin.[4][5] He has an older brother, Max. Garfin and his brother were both Drama students at LaGuardia High School in NYC.[6]
Career[edit]
Garfin first appeared in an episode of Law and Order: SVU in 2009 when he was only 6. He appeared again in another episode in 2011.[3] In 2015, he voiced the character of Linus in the animated movie The Peanuts Movie.[7] He has also appeared in a few episodes of Whisker Haven Tales with the Palace Pets and an episode of New Amsterdam.[8][9] Starting in 2021, he joins the cast of the CW network's series Superman & Lois. In the series, Garfin plays Superman's son Jordan Kent, an outcast with social anxiety who is trying to adjust to his new found powers.[10]
