Alexánder Nevérov
Alexánder Nikolaevích Nevérov (born June 5, 1980, Saratov, USSR (Russian Federation)) is a Russian behavioral economist and economic psychologist, author of observing the noospheric evolution of socio-economic systems and Vedic geoeconomics as a section of international analytics. From November 2016 to the present, he has been the director of the Autonomous non-profit research organization "Institute for Psychological and Economic Research", specializing in a thorough complex of research in the field of economic psychology, behavioral economics and cognitive science, geo-economic analytics. IPEI is one of the world's leading think tank in the field of behavioral approach to the global economy and geopolitics.

This concept creates conditions for reaching a higher level of generalization and systemic detection of fluctuations in the global economy, and also allows expanding the horizon of economic feasibility of managing the national economy. The practical accuracy of determining the number, periods, basic processes and extensions of the noospheric stage of development, the developing evolutionary economic scheme and creating the basis for the formation of a system strategy for the country's advanced socio-economic development. The use of this conceptual scheme makes it possible to predict the start time and duration of the slowdown in the development of the world economic system in 2008–2015. and justify the transition of a unipolar economic system to a multipolar one by 2025.
2). Based on the method of economic-psychological observation and observation of the noospheric evolution of socio-economic systems, a system of indicators of scientific activity is proposed, including: a) an index of the dynamics of youth perception in science; b) criteria indicators of the scientific group (scientific school, scientific direction, promising scientific group, search scientific group, etc.); c) building a model of communication and flow of results between fundamental, applied development research and complex developments (based on the principle of shifting the focus zone and the mechanism for spreading subjectivity); d) proposed an approach to measuring the consumption of scientific information per page of the publication of scientific results; e) the system of higher scientific education of a higher educational institution is singled out.
