Alexander Yuryevich Shishonin (Russian: Александр Юрьевич Шишонин; December 5, 1978, Moscow – is a Russian scientist, therapist, inventor, author of non-drug treatment methods for hypertension, type 2 diabetes, atherosclerosis and arthrosis, author of the theory bioprocesses, thermodynamic theory of aging, author of a number of books published both in Russia and Ukraine, as well as scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals on the theory of centralized aerobic-anaerobic energy balance compensation (CAAEBC).
Biography
Alexander Yuryevich Shishonin was born on December 5, 1978 in the family of a famous surgeon in the village of Minzag, Moscow Region, RSFSR, USSR .
He attended the secondary school # 3 of the City of Troitsk, Moscow Region. After graduation, he entered the Russian National Research Medical University named after N.I. Pirogov, where he obtained MD in General Medicine in 2001.
It needs to be underline, that he began his education at the university as surgeon, but later decided to transfer to General Medicine. Upon graduation, he entered residency in Clinical Pediatrics, at the Federal Scientific and Clinical Center for Pediatric Hematology, Oncology and Immunology named after Dmitry Rogachev. During the residency period he mastered manual therapy skills.
After graduation in 2003, he continued to work there.
In 2004 A.Shishonin defended his Ph.D. thesis (Pediatrics and Rehabilitation Medicine, Adaptive Medicine, Balneology and Physiotherapy) “Evaluation of the effectiveness of a pathogenetically substantiated method of physical therapy for flat feet in children”.
In 2006, Dr. Shishonin founded a Complementary and Integrative Health Clinic called "Doctor Shishonin's Clinic", which is still open, according to data for 2022.
A.Yu. Shishonin has several RF patents for inventions.
He is currently married and has two children.
Research
The Clinic, established by Dr. Shishonin, works on the principle of personalized treatment procedures to provide recovery after heart attacks, strokes, oncology, as well as the cure of hypertension, herniated discs, coxarthrosis, arthrosis of the hip joints, chronic cerebral ischemia, vertebrobasilar insufficiency .
A. Shishonin is a supporter of complementary medicine, which considers a person as an integral system, and diseases as consequences of failures of this system. He demonstrates the possibilities of prevention of chronic non-communicable diseases (CNCD).
Currently, Alexander Yuryevich Shishonin continues to conduct medical practice, which is combined with scientific work and report results in scientific journals. He participates in scientific and practical conferences.
He is the author of the method "Cervical-cerebral therapy", the technique of microanatomical examination of the vertebral arteries, and the CAAEBC Theory. This theory and its individual elements are repeatedly mentioned, including in interviews.
Also, individual elements of the gymnastics developed by Shishonin are regularly published in the public domain both in Russia and in other countries.

• 2021 - gold medal of the RF Competition "GOLDEN FUND OF RUSSIAN EDUCATION" in the nomination "The Most Successful Innovative Project of 2021" for the project "Professional Health Management for Teachers / Mentoring Model".

The publications on the methodology developed by Dr. Shishonin as well as foundation stones of CAAEBC Theory in a number of peer-reviewed medical publications, caused the discussions that exhibits the public interest to the issue.

Publications devoted to the developments of A.
