Alexander Alekseevich Shtanko (Russian: Александр Алексеевич Штанько, born October 25 , 1988, Alma Ata, Kazakhstan SSR, USSR) is a Russian lawyer, UN UPF Peace Ambassador. Founder and director of the company «Advokat» (Russian: Адвокатъ).[1][2][3][4]
Biography[edit]
Early years[edit]
Alexander was born on October 25, 1988 in the city of Almaty, in an ordinary family. In 2001 he moved with his parents to Belgorod.[5] Alexander in his school years became the champion of Belgorod and Crimea in ladies. In 2006 he graduated with honors from Lyceum No. 32 in Belgorod, in 2011[6], he graduated from the Belgorod State National Research University Faculty of Law, where he received a jurisprudence degree, diploma with honors.
In 2014 he completed his postgraduate studies at the Belgorod University of Cooperation, Economics and Law.[7][8]
He is a master of sports of international class in weightlifting for biceps of the Association «National Powerlifting of Russia». Raises the son of Plato, born in 2015.[9]

Career[edit]
In 2008, Alexando began working as a legal assistant by profession. Since 2010, he started working as a corporate lawyer, and since 2013 he is a human rights activist and owner of the law firm Lawyer.[10] [11]
In the course of his activity, he acted as a speaker and lecturer in various forums and events. In 2020, he received the title of "Breakthrough of the Year" in the field of jurisprudence and became the lawyer of the year.
In 2021, Alexander received the title of UN UPF Ambassador of Peace; became Human Rights Defender of the Year. He is the creator and moderator of the closed legal community “Belgorod Legal Conversation”.[12][13]
"Lawyer"[edit]
Alexander began to run a law firm that successfully handles cases in the courts of different cities of the Russian Federation. He specializes in economic cases and issues related to bankruptcy of legal entities.[14] He received the 2020 Breakthrough Award for Lawyer of the Year by “Special” magazine.[15] In 2020 he received the Lawyer of the Year award for his contribution to the development of arbitration practice, from the international law firm "LegalWorld".[16]
"Rights"[edit]
In 2021, he received the human rights activist of the year award according to the glossy magazine «PERSONA».[17][18] He specializes in helping victims of abuse, promoting the establishment in the Russian Federation of a judicial ban on communication, and approaching the victim at a distance.[19][20][21]
For his contribution to human rights work in the field of protection of victims of abuse, he received the honorary title of UN UPF Ambassador of Peace.[22][23]
"Speaker"[edit]
Alexander participates as a speaker and lecturer in various events and forums for lawyers, lawyers and businessmen.[24] He is the author of numerous professional scientific and educational articles in magazines and newspapers. He is also an expert on federal channels.[25]
