Alexandr Alexandrovich Vaal (Russian: Александр Александрович Вааль, born July 28, 1987, Abay, Kazakhstan) is a Russian entrepreneur, public figure,[1] researcher, psychologist, teacher, and company founder Vaal Academy.[2][3]
Organizer of the World and Russian record for the most mass body-emotional practice, also the creator of training for creating and conducting body-emotional practices "Academy of Masters".[4][5]
Creator of the transformational trainings "Exons" and "MacroYa" and author of the male mystery training "MacroBrat",[6] also author of the book "The Art of States. The Vaal Method".[7][8]
Biography
Alexander was born and raised on July 28, 1987 in Abay, Kazakhstan.[9] In 2018, he organized the launch of the global social project (non-profit) #10subjects. And in April 2021 he opened Vaal Academy.[1]
In December 2021, he premiered his author's body-emotional practice, Wild Dynamics, in which he participated.[3]
In the same year he presented the premiere of the author's practice "Animus and Anima", which was aimed at accepting the masculine and feminine in oneself, as well as their synchronization and balancing.[7]
In 2022, he launched his signature training MacroTraining (EXONS),[10] which combines physical and emotional work to achieve positive change and transformation in the lives of participants.[2][11]
That same year, he organized the premiere of the world's first body-emotional practice created specifically for men, The Male Relic.[1]
On June 29, 2022, he launched MacroBrother, a signature training for men that combines physical and emotional work to achieve positive change and transformation in participants' lives.[12]

And on September 18, 2023, Alexander organized the premiere of the author's bodily-emotional practice "Culmination".[7]
