"Ali's Theme" is an instrumental tune composed, produced and recorded by musician Michael Masser in 1977. It was composed and recorded especially for the soundtrack of the film The Greatest, a biographical film of boxer Muhammad Ali, released the same year.

"Ali's Theme" was also released on the B-side of the single from the original version of the hit "The Greatest Love of All", originally recorded by George Benson and also written and recorded especially for The Greatest Soundtrack. The single with "Ali's Theme" on the B-side was released in June 1977 in the United States and then in several countries, including the United Kingdom, Japan, France, Germany, New Zealand, Australia, Italy, The Netherlands and Brazil.
