Ali Teoman (1962-2011) Participated to German High School at Istanbul, with a bachelor's degree in Istanbul Technical University, Mimar Sinan University Architecture Faculty, and Sorbonne University of Plastic Arts Faculty. He had been to London and Paris for work and education between the years of 1989-1993. At the same time he had performed as a street musician. After he had returned to Istanbul, he quit architecture to have more time for his writings and thought english at diverse universities. Two of his books had been printed in french (Café Esperanza, 2010 and On The Treshold, 2008). He received Haldun Taner story award with his book Gizli Kalmış Bir Istanbul Masalı (1991) with a pseudo name Nurten Ay. Then he had revealed his identity and the story as his own and his book was printed with his own name at 2007.
