Alison Edgar MBE is an entrepreneur and supporter of UK Enterprise. She is best known for her TEDx talk, The Art of Getting What You Want[1] and her book, Secrets of Successful Sales[2].

Biography

Edgar grew up in Radnor Park, Clydebank and attended Clydebank High School. She now lives in Bath[3] and is the Managing Director of Sales Coaching Solutions[4].

Achievements

In October 2020, Alison Edgar was appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in Queen Elizabeth II’s birthday honour list for services to Entrepreneurship and Small Business[5]

In 2018, Edgar released her book, Secrets of Successful Sales. The book was regarded by The Independent as one of the 10 best business books written by a woman[6].

On 10th August 2016, Alison Edgar was listed by UK-based company Richtopia at number 59 in the list of 100 Most Influential British Entrepreneurs[7]. In 2018, she ranked at number 80 in the same list[8].
