AllHome Corporation (PSEHOME), colloquially known as AllHome, is a Filipino-owned and operated hardware retailer in the Philippines. A subsidiary of AllValue Holdings Corp.[1] AllHome retails hardware supplies, construction materials, tiles and sanitary wares, furniture, appliances, linens, and homeware.[2] Main sources of its wares and goods are from China but also sources from Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, and the U.S.[3]

With the 55th store opening in Sto. Tomas Batangas,[4] AllHome Chairman Manuel B. Villar, Jr. said AllHome intends to expand its presence beyond the capital which is Metro Manila.[5] The company earned a net income of 297 million in Philippine pesos in the second quarter of 2021, an increase compared to the 5 million in Philippine pesos reported the year before. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, the growth was seen to have come from efforts into adapting and addressing clients’ shopping behavior.[6]

History[edit]

Founded in 2013, AllHome launched its first store in Pampanga and was incorporated as a stock corporation under the laws of the Philippines and registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission in May 2013.[7]

By 2016, AllHome opened its 13th branch in Antipolo City. On average, AllHome stores are 10,000 to 20,000 square meters in size but the 10,500 square meter Antipolo branch is the first with a three-floor design to maximize space.[8]

In 2019, AllHome Corp. concluded its initial public offering (IPO) with a listing ceremony at the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), having a total of 27 stores and 8.63 billion pesos raised from the sale of its primary shares by this period.[9] After six years of being in business, it was declared to have a value of 43 billion in Philippine pesos.[10]

By November 2020, it opened its 48th store in Cabanatuan and its 49th store in Bulacan.[11] But it was reported that there was a 21% drop in 9-month net profit so reps did not plan in opening new stores for the rest of 2020 as there is a need for the evaluation of the impact of the pandemic.[12]
