Allison Kane.[1] (born October 1, 2002), known professionally as Allison Kane, is an American singer. She grew up in Oklahoma City and began producing music when she was 11 years old. Since 2022, she began releasing original songs across several online musical streaming platforms such as on Spotify and SoundCloud. With over eight-million followers across Youtube[2]  , Facebook[3]  , Instagram[4]  , TikTok[5]  , Deezer[6]  , Songkick[7]  , Spotify[8], and BandsInTown [9]. She advocates for mental health, women's empowerment, and equality. [10]

Early life

Allison Kane was born on October 1, 2002. She grew up in Oklahoma City. Developing a dissociative disorder at a young age, she turned to songwriting to combat dissociative fugue.

Career

Although her music has always centered around the Rock genre, she initially gained notoriety for blending the Rock and Hip-Hop genres and in 2023 was hailed by music publications as "Music's First Lady of Hip-Rock"[11][12][13][14] before teaming up with her current network of Pop/Rock collaborators that helped her to achieve the sound that has currently made her widely loved. [15] Allison's music video for her debut single, "Next Life", amassed over 500,000 views less than a week after she released it on Youtube. The single went on to earn Kane her first Spotify Top 50 single. [16][17] Allison Kane has no record label, or manager, and describes herself as a self-made musician. In 2022, she began promoting her music on TikTok, later attributing the success of her music career to the app. She has more than 1.800,000 followers on TikTok where she shares the story behind her songs with her fans.[18]

In April 2024, Allison released a song titled "Meet Me" which reached number one position on the Genius (Company) charts, surpassing "Karma (2024 song)" by Jojo Siwa.[18] The single also topped the Amazon Music charts, above Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus, and Teddy Swims[19][20]

Musical style

Allison Kane's pop music is influenced by rock and country.[18] Allison's sound has been described as "heavy pop rock" by Click Roll Boom. pop rock.[21]
