Alma (formerly known as Alma Lasers) is a global manufacturer and developer[1] of Laser, Light-based, Radio-frequency, Plasma and Ultrasound for the surgical, medical aesthetics and beauty markets.

History

Alma was established in 1999 by Dr. Ziv Karni. Its global headquarters[2] are located in Caesarea, Israel, and it has subsidiaries in the US, Germany, India and Hong Kong. In 2013, Fosun Pharmaceutical, a medical industry group in the People's Republic of China incorporated Sisram Medical (1696.HK) for the purchase of Alma[3]. Later on, in 2017, Sisram Medical was listed[4] on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) under the bilingual stock code Sisram Med (1696.HK) 复锐医疗科技 (1696.HK)[5].
