Alorica was founded by Andy Lee in 1999. Lee served as the company's CEO from 1999 to 2022, becoming executive chairman in 2021;[1][6] Greg Haller was promoted to CEO[1][7] after having served as Chief Operating Officer from 2018 to 2022.
