Alpine 4 Holdings Inc. was on April 22, 2014 incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, to acquire businesses that fit its Drivers, Stabilizers, and Facilitator business model.
On April 1, 2016 they bought all the outstanding shares of "Quality Circuit Assembly" a California corporation.[3]
On January 1, 2019 all of the stock of "Morris Sheet Metal Corp" an Indiana company was acquired. This included "Morris Enterprises LLC", "Morris Transportation LLC", and "JTD Spiral Corp" an Indiana company fully owned by "Morris Sheet Metal Corp".
On December 15, 2020 Impossible Aerospace a Drone company was acquired by Alpine 4 Holdings Inc.[4]
On January 10, 2021 VTOL drone manufacturer Vayu Us Inc. was acquired by Alpine 4 Holdings Inc.[5]
On May 04, 2021 all the business assets of KAI Enterprises LLC, a Florida Company, was purchased by Alpine 4 Holdings Inc. and renamed Alternative Labs.[6]
On May 17, 2021 Defense contractor Thermal Dynamics International was acquired by Alpine 4 Holdings Inc.[7]
On June 30, 2021 Impossible Aerospace and Vay US Inc. were merged into one company named Vayu Aerospace.[8]
On October 20, 2021 3D drone mapping company Identified Technologies was purchased by Alpine 4 Holdings Inc.[9]
On November 29, 2021 Solid State Battery company Elecjet the maker of the fastest charging powerbank[10] at the time was acquired by Alpine 4 Holdings Inc.[11][12]
On December 15th, 2021 RCA Commercial Electronics was acquired by Alpine 4 Holdings Inc.[13]
