Always and for Real is the debut album of New Zealand R&B group, Adeaze released in 2004. The album reached the number one position on the New Zealand album charts in 2004.[1] The most successful single from the album is Getting Stronger featuring Aaradhna. Mariah Carey sampled their song A Life with You in her 2005 album The Emancipation of Mimi for the song Your Girl.[2]
