The American International School of Conakry[1] (AISC) is a non-profit, non-denominational, co-educational day school located in the Nongo neighborhood of Conakry, Guinea.
History[edit]
AISC used to be located near the ocean in Matam, but in 2015 moved its campus to Nongo.[2]
Until 2017, the school only directly taught elementary and middle school pupils, with pupils in grades 9-12 instead being monitored while they completed a distance-learning programme through the University of Nebraska High School. In January 2017, the school began its own high school programme, graduating its first class in 2019.[2]
Accreditation[edit]
The school is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (MSA-CESS).[3]
