Premise

The project was announced in February 2024 as an adaptation of the book The Prisoner in His Palace: Saddam Hussein, His American Guards, and What History Leaves Unsaid by Will Bardenwerper. The film is produced by Michael Parets and directed by Johan Renck. Barry Keoghan was initially set in the cast with principal photography scheduled to commence in Autumn 2024.[2]
Filming locations are set to include New York.[3]
