Amr El-Shamy (Arabic:عمرو الشامي[1]) is an Egyptian artist, born in Cairo, Egypt, who has a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism. He has become known for his splash screen artwork for Adobe Photoshop CC 2017[2].

In 2016, Amr El-Shamy, an Egyptian digital artist, made an Adobe Photoshop artwork named "Falling" that was chosen as the splash screen for the program.[3]

Adobe team discovered El-Shamy's portfolio on Behance Network,[4] and one of Amr's art projects called "Falling" was chosen to be used on the Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 splash screen.[3]
