In 2005, American Travel Associates re-branded as American Travel Solutions and CheapAir, Inc. separating its business and leisure brands.

In late 2014, AmTrav acquired Young's Travel Service in Auburn, MA. Also in 2014, AmTrav became the first corporate booking tool to sell premium seats on United and Delta Airlines.[2]
