Amy Cohen Banker

Amy Cohen Banker is an American abstract painter. She studied at Cornell University and at The Art Students League of New York and later was studio assistant to the artist Knox Martin. Her work is the subject of the book "Amy Banker Now" with essays by among others Martin and Agnes Berecz. Her work has been the subject of numerous solo exhibitions including at the Asher Nieman[1], Janos Gat and Ezair galleries and has been included in many group shows including at the Carrozzini von Buhler Gallery. Banker Cohen has been an artist-in-residence at the Cornell Club in New York City.[2]
