An Invitation (2021 film)
An Invitation (Chinese: 访客; pinyin: Fang ke) is a short film directed by Hao Zhao 赵浩 and Yeng Tung 董洋.
In the summer of 2008, an 8-year-old boy pays a short visit to his father in Hong Kong, applying for a permanent identity card. As the visit comes to an end, they find it increasingly difficult to ask what they want from each other.
The film has been officially selected in completion and with its world premiere at the International Critics Week for the 2021 Cannes Film Festival.[1]
