Ana Margarida Guedes (born 8 February 2005) is a Portuguese swimmer who specializes in the butterfly stroke. A native of Vila Real, she is a prominent athlete from the Ginásio Clube de Vila Real, and she holds several national records in her events.
Career
Ana Margarida Guedes has consistently performed at a high level in Portuguese and international competitions. She is a multiple-time national champion and is recognized as the Portuguese national record holder in the 50-meter and 100-meter butterfly.
In March 2025, she competed in the XXV Spanish "Open" Absolute Swimming Championships in Sabadell while representing the Portuguese National Team. Her performance was highlighted by a second-place finish in the 50-meter butterfly final with a time of 27.19 seconds. She also achieved a 9th-place finish in the 100-meter butterfly and 15th place in the 100-meter backstroke.
