Anabasis: Studia Classica et Orientalia is a Polish peer-reviewed academic journal, published by the University of Rzeszów. It was established in 2010 with Marek Jan Olbrycht (University of Rzeszów) as founding editor-in-chief. The journal is focused on the Eastern Mediterranean, Near East and Central Asia during the classical era.[1] The journal has been praised for the diversity of its contributors, with many being Russian or Iranian in origin.[2]
