Anastasia Karakatsani (Greek: Αναστασία Καρακατσάνη; born 10 January 1992 in Volos) is a Greek long-distance runner who competes in the 5000 metres and the 10000 metres. She won the bronze medal at the 2013 European Athletics U23 Championships in Tampere.
