Andrea Micalizzi, also known as rgod, is an Italian computer security researcher, consultant, author, and ethical hacker with a special focus on web applications.[1] In 2015 he was a Hewlett-Packard's Zero Day Initiative contributor.
Career
Micalizzi discovered hundreds of vulnerabilities in commonly used and enterprise software, exploited with a variety of techniques.[2][3][4]
In 2013, he informed JBoss developers of a method to bypass the built-in authentication in their online software.[5][6][7] That year, he also found vulnerabilities in the Foxit PDF reader,[8][9] which were subsequently fixed.[10]
In 2015, Micalizzi discovered vulnerabilities that led to security updates in Pelco software.[11] In 2017, he exposed flaws in the Schneider Electric U.motion Builder software.[12]
