Andrea von Habsburg (Andrea Maria von Habsburg-Lothringen) (born 30 May 1953, in Würzburg, Bavaria), is the first child and oldest daughter of Otto von Habsburg and his wife Regina.[1]

Early life[edit]

Andrea von Habsburg was born in Würzburg, Bavaria. She is a male-line granddaughter of the last emperor of Austria-Hungary, Charles I.

The use of noble titles by members of the House of Habsburg is illegal in Austria.[2]

Marriage and issue[edit]

She married Karl Eugen von Neipperg (born 20 October 1951 in Schwaigern) on 9 July 1977 in Pöcking, Bavaria.[3] They have four children:[3] Philipp (born 6 September 1978 in Heilbronn), Benedikt (born 11 April 1980 in Heilbronn), Maria Hemma (born 11 October 1983 in Oelde), and Katharina (born 3 April 1986 in Rheda-Wiedenbrück).
