Andreas 'Andy' Wullmer (born June 11, 1972) is a German adult-industry leader, businessman, world traveller, brand marketer, expert speaker and professional partier.[1] He is also known as 'Captain Andy' and 'Traffic Captain', maintaining his image of a captain, because he is known as a leader of at events and parties.[1]

Early life[edit]

Wullmer was born on June 11, 1972, in Kiel, West Germany. He attended BS Rendsburg WISO and FH Kiel university. After finishing school, his free spirit made him go travel on his own through Mexico, Colombia and Venezuela with a backpack. He settled in Venezuela for 3 years where he met his wife, opened a guesthouse and started a boat rental service.[2]

Career[2][edit]

Wullmer started his career in the adult industry back in 1999 as an international license dealer for adult entertainment DVDs as part of the MMV GmbH company. He started producing his own adult movies and was awarded the title "Best Euro Porn Film" at Venus Awards 2001 in Berlin, Germany.

In 2003, Wullmer started with his partner Roland Grotheer one of the first online DVD shops[3] in Europe with his company Sexyhouse BV from Netherlands, which was also dealing with SEO for adult websites, especially for European adult movies.

His company, FutureJam BV, started managing video-on-demand (VOD)[3] membership sites for European adult entertainment websites in 2006 and was also acting as an affiliate with website traffic for several international adult sites.

His biggest success came in 2010, being an International Affiliate Manager of the company SexGoesMobile (SGM) GmbH and since December 2011 serving as CEO.[3] He is regarded as one of the early pioneers in mobile-carrier billing[1], specifically for the adult and dating industries.

Since 2017 he serves as CMO of the German company TrafficPartner, which acts as a holding company which manages and owns brands, such as Fuckbook.com, SGM, Webbilling, Grand Slam Media, Datingpartner, Campartner, Cummission, Digital Performance, VR Bangers and others.[1][4]

When not travelling, he divides his time between the city of Bremen, city of Hamburg, where offices of his company are located, and his childhood town of Rendsburg. He has one son and one daughter.[2]

Andy speaks German, English and Spanish fluently.[3]

His passion for scuba diving made Wullmer undertake several projects related to it, such as Diverforce.com[5] OceanPlastik, which aims to reduce the damage that plastic waste does to water ecosystems and where he serves as Head of Social Media.[6]
