Andrew Owen Forth (born October 9, 1998) is an American soccer player who currently plays as a defender.
Career
Youth and college
Forth competed for his first two high school seasons at Carlsbad High School and final two at the USSDA academy side for Orlando City SC. Forth helped Orlando City Academy side to a No. 2 national ranking. As a sophomore and freshman at Carlsbad, Forth assisted the team to a pair of Avocado West League championships and was also a two-time Olympic Development Program national champion.[1]
In 2017, Forth attended California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo to play college soccer. Over four seasons with the Mustangs, where the 2020 season was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Forth made 61 appearances, scoring three goals and tallying four assists.[1]
Professional
In March 2022, it was announced that Forth had joined Orlando City B ahead of their inaugural season in the MLS Next Pro.[2][3] He went on to make 20 appearances for Orlando in his debut season.[4]
On April 26, 2022, Forth signed with USL League One side Central Valley Fuego.[5]
Personal
Forth's parents are British and Romanian. He holds dual British citizenship and speaks fluent Romanian.[1]
