Andrew Lee, (Chinese: 李顺杰) (born March 21, 1986) is a Malaysian magician, mentalist, and illusionist.[2] He is known as Malaysia’s top magician for his audiences worldwide. He performs for international cruise liners, and his shows incorporate 13 variations of magic. [4][12]
Lee was the semi-finalist of Asia’s Got Talent’s second season, and he made headlines over his Britain’s Got Talent audition in 2018.[10][17]

Andrew Lee performed on the platform of Britain’s Got Talent 2018 with his knife throwing stunt after donning a blindfold.[1] Along with the thrilling stunt, he also performed a tricky card magic, which was different from the conventional pattern. He was one of the semi-finalist contestants of Asia’s Got Talent Season II.[2]

Andrew Lee was born on March 21, 1986, in Malaysia. He completed his bachelor of science degree in nutritional medicine from the Global Institute for Alternative Medicine in California.[12]
Education[edit]
Andrew was trained at home under the supervision of his mother. He also got assistance from the correspondence courses from Australia and America.[3] He had undergone training in nutrition from the Global Institute of Alternative Medicine in California, the United States.[4]
Career[edit]
He began his career as a nutritionist and worked in a fitness chain in Malaysia.[9]
Lee was the semi-finalist of Asia’s Got Talent’s second season. Then in 2018, he made headlines over his Britain’s Got Talent audition. He took social media with knife-wielding skills that wowed BGT judges and received three yeses from them.[1][10][14][15] He was featured in the local and international press, including LADbible, OK!, NST. The Sun, BBC, and The Star.[6][7][8][11]
Then, in the following year, Lee amazed 650,000 people through his performance at London New Year’s Day Parade LNYDP and was the first Malaysian magician to perform at LNYDP.[3][13][16]
In January 2022, he made his first performance, a nerve-wracking blindfolded knife-throwing trick, on the second season of the Go-Big Show.[5]
Lee also performs for international cruise liners, including Royal Caribbean International, Princess Cruises, Viking Cruise, and Cunard Line, and has performed in several countries.[4][12] His shows incorporate 13 variations of magic, including Production & Vanishing, Levitation, Mentalism, Transposition, and Substitution of objects. Past performances[edit]
Andrew has performed magical shows all across Asia along with the countries like Egypt, India, Qatar, Kuwait, and Australia. He has also performed in Genting Highlands as an in-house magician.[5][6] Andrew Lee and a fellow-magician Peter formed a show in the name of Beyond Reality at Fringe World in Perth, Australia. They worked on this venture for 1 year before materializing it in 2016. They performed Beyond Reality between 2016 and 2017.[7]
Present performances[edit]
Currently, Andrew Lee performs in the annual dinners and corporate functions along with the stage show on the international cruise lines like Celebrity Cruises, Royal Caribbean Int., Holland America, and others.[8]
