Andrews Breed (September 20, 1794 – April 21, 1881) was an American politician from Massachusetts who served as the fifth Mayor of Lynn, Massachusetts. He held office from January 1, 1855, to January 7, 1856, succeeding Thomas P. Richardson and preceding Ezra W. Mudge. Breed was also an insurance executive and the Superintendent of the Saugus Branch Railroad.

Breed was born on September 20, 1794. He had a diverse career, working as an insurance executive and serving as the Superintendent of the Saugus Branch Railroad in addition to his political duties. He passed away on April 21, 1881, in Lancaster, Massachusetts.
