Andriy Bilyi (*18 February 1968, Kyiv, Ukraine) is a Ukrainian entrepreneur, social activist; the President of Kyiv region Equestrian Federation; Vice-president of Equestrian Federation of Ukraine.
Biography[edit]
Andriy was born on the 18th of February 1968 in Kyiv. In 1991 he got his degree in Robotics at Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
Career[edit]
Until 1993 Bilyi worked as the head of the company “Delta-comp” that specialized in food wholesale, afterwards – at the same position of “Tinga International Corp.” for another two years.
Till 2003 he held a position of the president of Ukrainian-Netherlandic company UDD Company that produced alcoholic beverages for national and foreign markets.
Up to 2007 he worked as a director of the enterprise Monastyrsky kvas,[1] then became a head of the Supervisory board of the company DARL.
In 2007 Andriy Bilyi and his brother Valentyn Bilyi founded Ukrainian Beer Group which united four small breweries: the Melitopol, Zaporizhia, Lysychansk, and Kryvy Rih breweries.[2]
Since 2016 Andriy Bilyi has become a Chairman of Electric Vehicles Commission of Automobile Federation of Ukraine.[3][4]
In 2016 the path of Around the World in an Electric Vehicle rally 80edays ran through Ukraine.[5] Andriy Bilyi joined the organization of the rally in Ukraine.[6][4][7]
Electric vehicles[edit]
Since 2010 Andriy Bilyi hold a CEO position at the company Electric Marathon International.[8] Holding the position he became a promoter and creator of Ukrainian electric vehicles.[9][10]
In 2016 Electric Marathon International released the first Ukrainian electric vehicle Synchronous.[11] Andriy Bilyi became an implementor of the project Synchronous.[12]
EV Trophy[edit]
Since 2010 Andriy Bilyi is also the President and organizer of European rally of electric vehicles EV Trophy.[13][14][15] Since 2011 the rally is regularly organized by Electric Marathon International.[16] It is organized in partnership with European Green Cities Network[17] and under the patronage of HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation.[18][19] It became a regular event throughout European countries.[20] Prince Joachim of Denmark also supported the event.[21]
According to Andriy Bilyy, the mission is to promote ecologically friendly transportation and reducing of CO2 emissions.[8]
Equestrian sport[edit]
Andriy Bilyi is actively developing equestrian sport in Ukraine. He is a horse owner and breeder.
Since November 2016 he is a President of the Professional League of equestrians (Ukraine) and Regional Equestrian Federation of Kyiv Region.[22][23]
In 2018 he founded the first Ukrainian journal on equestrian world — «EQUESTRIAN».[24]

Andriy Bilyi holds several honors and awards:
- In 2004 the first President of Ukraine Leonid Kravchuk awarded him with an order „Public recognition”.
- Awarded with the national order of the Badge of Honor for high production indicators and contribution to the economic development by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
- Laureate of the national premium „People’s Honor” from the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for labor and economic contribution to the formation for social welfare.
