Pavlo Yelizarov (Ukrainian: Павло Олександрович Єлізаров; born October 12, 1968 in Chișinău, Moldavian SSR) is a producer, businessman, and public figure.
He authored the first in Ukraine crowdfunding model of financing the 3S.TV club television channel.[1]
He was an investor,[2] co-founder and Chairman of the Coordination Board at Savik Shuster Studio Ltd., CEO at the 'World News Service' TV and radio company, which was broadcasting under the commercial name "3S.TV" until March 2017.[3]

He graduated of Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics in 1999.
1996 – 2006 – CEO of "СЕВ" Holding (gas transportation, HoReCa, and sugar production).
2006 – June 2007 – Deputy Head of Ukravtodor (State Agency of Road Building of Ukraine).[4]
2007 - 2008 – deputy head of Ministry of Transportation and Communication.[5]
September 2009 – April 2010 – Deputy head of Ukravtodor.
2012 – Candidat of members of parliament of Ukraine in constituency#199.[6]
Work in the media[edit]
In 2012 – 2015 Pavlo was a producer of Shuster Live talk show (that later ran out off money[7][8][9]), co-author of 'Shuster LIVE.Adrenalin' talk show, producer of 'African Passion' project exclusively broadcasting the World Cup 2010, producer of 'Olympic Passion' project broadcasting the London 2012 Olympics, host of 'Freedom of choice. Real life' TV project, author and producer of '3S.TV|Economists" and "3S.TV|Bloggers' shows.
He became an author of TV channel crowd-funding model meant to create a media market free from politics and big business influence.
In 2018 Pavlo Yelizarov became a founder and CEO at the first blockchain-based[10][11] community label Younk.
Awards[edit]
In 2011, Pavlo Yelizarov was awarded the Order of Saint Vladimir, I class, of Ukrainian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate).[12]
