Ann-Marie Wiman
Ann-Marie Wiman (6 June 1921 – 22 September 2016)[1] was a Swedish actress and composer. She was born in Växjö. She made her acting debut at age six in a local theater production. She later studied at the Swedish National Academy of Mime and Acting. She was discovered by the director Ingmar Bergman while she was a ballet dancer in one of his shows. Wiman worked in plays throughout different Nordic cities. Aside from acting on the stage, she also composed music occasionally. Her most prominent role came in Bergman's classic movie Smultronstället in 1957, where she played the wife of Max von Sydow's character.[2]
