Anne Gueguen (born 12 July 1971) is the Deputy Permanent Representative of France to the United Nations in New York City since April 2017.[1]
Early Life
Gueguen was born in Paris on the 12th of July 1971. As a child, she lived in multiple places such as Paris, Los Angeles, Algiers, Nantes, and Strasbourg. She attended Sciences Po for university and graduated in 1991. She also has a bachelor's degree in Arabic from the SOAS.
