Anthony Brunelli
Anthony Brunelli (born 1968) is a second generation Photorealist painter from Binghamton, NY.[1] Brunelli attended the Columbus College of Art and Design in Columbus, OH and studied painting under Ernest Vivieros.[2] Brunelli then completed his B.F.A. Degree at Binghamton University in Binghamton, NY in 1992.[3] It was around this time that the artist began to identify as a photorealist painter.[4] During the beginning of his career, Brunelli mainly produce cityscapes of small towns in upstate New York.[5] His work began to evolve to include larger international cities after a trip to southeast Asia in the late 1990s.[5] He is represented exclusively by the Louis K. Meisel gallery in Soho, NY.[6]
Exhibitions[edit]
Brunelli had his first solo show in 1995 at the Louis K. Meisel gallery in SoHo, NY.[7] Since then, his work has been exhibited consistently both nationally and internationally as well as in solo[8][9][7][10][11] and group shows.
