Anthony Ray Gardner Jr. is an American educator, gospel artist, musician, author, and nonprofit leader. He is the founder of F.A.I.T.H Organization Inc., which supports youth and young adult cancer patients and survivors, and ARGJ Ministries Inc., a Christian nonprofit focused on education, prayer, and spiritual development. Early life and education

Gardner was born in Greenville, North Carolina. He is the eldest child of Anthony Ray Gardner Sr. and Angela Gardner. He graduated from North Lenoir High School in 2016 and earned a Bachelor of Science in University Studies from East Carolina University in December 2023. He later completed a Master of Arts in Adult Education in May 2025 and was accepted into the Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership program at Liberty University.

In December 2013, during high school, Gardner was diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. He underwent treatment and was declared cancer-free in April 2014.[1]

Career

Ministry and nonprofit leadership

In August 2017, Gardner founded F.A.I.T.H Organization Inc. (Forwarding Achievement In Their Honor), a nonprofit that provides scholarships, mental health resources, and community programs for youth and young adults affected by cancer. The organization was profiled in *Neuse News* for its outreach efforts and mission.[2]

In 2025, Gardner established ARGJ Ministries Inc. to expand his outreach beyond cancer-related initiatives. The ministry offers virtual Bible study sessions, prayer calls, educational programming, and service opportunities rooted in Christian faith.

Gardner has released several gospel music projects, including:
