Antonio Cortés Totoquihuatzin was tlatoani (ruler) of the Tepanec city-state of Tlacopan.[1]
Totoquihuatzli II participated in the selection of Moctezuma II upon the death of the Tenochtitlan tlatoani Ahuitzotl[1][2]
