Anuna Education Network Private Limited is a private organization functioning in the domain of skill development and vocational training. The company is headquartered in Lucknow, India.[1] Anuna Education is a part of a group active in skill development since 1985.

Formation and goals[edit]

Anuna Education was founded in 2012 by Amit Iqbal Srivastava[2] to bridge the skill gap currently existing in the Indian population.[3] As per Indian government, by 2022, there will be 700 million youth in India out of which 347 million could face unemployment due to lack of skills.[4]

NSDC partnership[edit]

Since early in the 11th five yearly plan, the national policy on skill development by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) has set a target of 500 million youth to be skilled by 2022.[5] Anuna Education partnered with NSDC to cater to the national target of providing skills to 500 Million youth and train over 1.1 lac students by 2022 keeping Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal as a focus area.[6] Anuna education provides training in various sectors such as BFSI, IT, Agriculture, Animation, Management, Entrepreneurship, Automobile, Healthcare, Renewable Energy, Retail.[7]
