"Any Kind of Guy" is a song recorded by an American boy band Big Time Rush. The song was released as a single from their Best of Season 1 EP and is included in their debut self-titled album in the international bonus tracks release.[1] The single was released on February 2, 2010.[2]
Background
The song was described as a "jam that follows the decision-making process of a girl who can't decide what kind of boy is right for her."[3] The song was written by Jay Landers, Charlie Midnight and Matthew Gerrard, who is also the producer of the single.

Commercial performance
Any Kind of Guy peaked at number 24 on Billboard Bubbling Under Hot 100.[5] It also reached number 20 on Billboard Heatseeker Songs and number 15 on Billboard Kid Digital Song Sales, lasting 18 weeks on the chart and is the song’s longest lasting appearance on any chart.[6][7]
