Career
Bawa graduated from Marquette University and Harvard Law School[5]. Before joining Zoom, she worked with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC, as Vice President-Technology Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank Corp., as Secretary, Vice President & General Counsel for Nimble Storage, Inc., and as Senior Vice President & General Counsel at X.commerce, Inc. She was promoted to Chief Operating Officer from Head of Legal position in 2020.[6] She joined Palo Alto Networks as a company’s board of directors in 2021.[7]
