Bawa graduated from Marquette University and Harvard Law School[5]. Before starting Zoom, she worked with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC, Vice President-Technology Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank Corp., Secretary, Vice President & General Counsel for Nimble Storage, Inc. and Senior Vice President & General Counsel at X.commerce, Inc. She was promoted to Chief Operating Officer from Head Lawyer position in 2020.[6] She joined Palo Alto Networks as company’s board of directors in 2021.[7]
