Apendiyev Timur Akimhanuly — Kazakh, Head of the Department of Scientific and Organizational Works of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, co-author of several domestic scientific textbooks on history, author of more than 50 scientific articles, including 2 monographs published in domestic and foreign journals that are highly respected in the scientific community (Thomson Reuters, Scopus), as well as in collections of works presented during international and republican scientific conferences. Biography
Apendiyev T.A. was born in a large family in Kegen village, Raiymbek district, Almaty region on 6th of October in 1989. In 1997, he applied to Kyzyltu public school No. 3. In 2007, he excellently graduated from high school and entered the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University to the Faculty of History, Archeology and Ethnology, and in 2011 he graduated from this higher educational establishment. He studied at the Reserve Officer Training Department of KazNU from 2008 to 2010 and acquired the military title “Senior sergeant”. In 2011, he entered the Master’s degree program of the Al-Farabi KazNU in the Faculty of History, Archeology and Ethnology. In 2013, he acquired his Master’s degree in the humanities specialty of science. During these years, despite his Master’s Degree, he finished the specialty “Accounting and Audit” in the second highest category at the University of Foreign Languages and Business Career. From 2013 to 2015, he finished the specialty of “Jurisprudence” in the second highest category at the D.A. Konaev Humanities University of Transport and Justice. From 2014 to 2017 he studied at the PhD-doctoral program of the Faculty of History, Archeology and Ethnology of Al-Farabi (KazNU) and he defended his dissertation ahead of schedule. During his career he was awarded with many diplomas and letters of thanks. One of them is Laureate of the State Scholarship for Young Scientists in 2018 and the `` GOLDEN GLOBE in 2019 international education and science and educational and methodological development of culture, scientific-innovative academy "for his entry in the republican encyclopedia" The Golden Book "of the best workers in the field of education and culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan; for fruitful achievements and excellent service in the professional field he was awarded the badge "Best Specialist". From 2012 to 2016 he received advanced training in foreign countries (Turkey, Germany, Russia).

In 2013 he worked as a research project officer at the Department of World History, Historiography and Source Studies at the Faculty of History, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. From 2013 to 2015 he held the post of junior research officer, and in 2017 research officer, in 2018 senior research officer at the Ch. Valikhanov Institute of History and Ethnology, and in 2019 he held the post of head of the section "History of Kazakhstan in a new age", leading research officer, chairman of the Council of Young Scientists. From 2015 to 2017 he worked as a leading specialist of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, from 2017 to 2018 assistant to the President of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Scientific Secretary of the Ethics Council under the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, from 2018 to 2019 the head of the “International Relations” Department - assistant to the President, Scientific Secretary of the Ethics Council under the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, from 2020 to the present he is the head of the Department of Scientific and Organizational Work - assistant to the president, Scientific Secretary of the Ethics Council under the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
