April Taylor

April Taylor is an American country singer. Her debut album is titled I Wanna Live Like That. One of the songs on the album, "Hero at Home", is a tribute to the wife of a U.S. soldier sent abroad.[1] She has played the song at various events for service family members.[2] Since 2005, Taylor has toured throughout the U.S.[3]

Taylor first gained attention through a local radio competition.[4] She and two other finalists were selected to perform for an audience of 3000. She was the winner of the contest.[4] Plateau Music signed her to their label.[4] April Taylor's single "I Wanna Live Like That" debuted at 84 and then jumped to 64 in the second week, making it the second highest debut song of that week.[when?]
