Arash Marandi (born July 28, 1984 in Tehran, Iran) is a German actor and spokesman with Iranian roots.

Life[edit]

Arash Marandi grew up in Gießen and received a degree from the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Hamburg. He is known for his roles in the American production A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night (2014), the first Iranian vampire romance,[1] in which he starred alongside American actress Sheila Vand, and in the German productions Wie ein Fremder (2010)[2] and Kunduz: The Incident at Hadji Ghafur (2011)[3]. Arash Marandi lives in Hamburg.
