Arcadia Hill

Arcadia Hill (Finnish: Arkadianmäki) is a hill in Töölö, near the centre of Helsinki on Mannerheimintie. Parliament House is situated on the hill, so its name is often used as a metonym for the Finnish Parliament.[1][2]
