Archive of Emotions is the debut solo studio album by South Korean singer Ryu Su-jeong. The album was released on April 20, 2023 through her independent label House of Dreams. The album includes the previously released singles from 2022, "Dearest" and "Pink Moon", as well as the pre-release single "Love or Hate" and the title track "Grabby Girl".
Background and release
Ryu Su-jeong debuted in the girl group Lovelyz in November 2014. She made her solo debut under Woollim Entertainment with an extended play *Tiger Eyes* on May 20, 2020.[1] On November 16, 2021, Ryu left Woollim Entertainment after deciding not to renew her contract.[2] She later established the independent label, House of Dreams on September 1, 2022.[3] Under her independent label, she started releasing the singles "Dearest" and "Pink Moon" in November 2022. On March 21, 2023, Ryu Su-jeong announced that she is going to release her first full album on April 20, 2023, with the teaser for the pre-release single "Love or Hate" scheduled to be released on March 30, 2023.[4] On March 30, "Love or Hate" was released along with the b-side "Daydreaming".[5] The music video for "Love or Hate" that was filmed in Los Angeles was also released on the same day.[6]
